I took a few pole dance lessons and regularly went to Citadel for Flexi lessons, great stretching. The instructors are amazing, the people who come here are great, everyone works on themselves. I also love the atmosphere of the studio.

Best place to practice pole dance. The teachers are amazing and the lessons are challenging. I started from level 0 and I'm already feeling confortable in attending level Intermediate. I'm loving been a Citadela!

Perfect location, right in the city center. Beautiful studio spaces decorated in white and black with beautiful accessories. Very original dressing rooms, although I would fix the steel cables better so that the curtains don't keep slipping and reveal privacy :) Two halls, one bigger with bars, the other smaller for "additional" classes. I personally feel better in the smaller one because it has a beautiful brick wall. In the big hall, I don't like the predominance of gold bars over black ones, because I find the gold ones more slippery and I don't practice well on them. But maybe it's just my personal problem. Otherwise, I really appreciate the kind approach of the lecturers and the possibility of using the multisport card.
