A smaller fitness center with a family atmosphere, but they have great equipment and are happy to help set up the machines or give advice on how to exercise. I like that it is not crowded and even a beginner feels comfortable here. Fitness is divided into 2 parts, of course there are showers and facilities. They also have a hall where they offer group lessons.

Super fitness, great experience, good conversation + light refreshments.

I did not enjoy the fitness, because there is also a dental office in these places and it is not as fun as in the gym.

The wife is very satisfied with the exercises and especially with the attitude of the trainers.

A relatively cheap gym where other activities take place in addition to strength training. However, I would point out the lack of folding benches /one/, there is a queue for them, also the lack of one-handers, there are two of them, so you often don't get the weight you need.
